Blending clinical expertise with compassionate leadership, Jordie brings a well-rounded perspective to her role as Administrator. With a background as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for over 6 years and four years of experience as a Social Services Director, Jordie has spent her career supporting residents not just physically, but emotionally and holistically.
Now in her third year as Administrator, Jordie leads with intention. Her goal is to cultivate a care environment where residents feel at home, families feel heard and supported, and staff are inspired to grow and give their best.
Her leadership style is rooted in empathy, communication, and a deep respect for the interdisciplinary nature of long-term care. By balancing strategy with heart, Jordie has created a culture that values connection just as much as compliance.
She is honored to serve her hometown by leading this community and caring for those who helped shape her.
Director of Nursing
Samantha is a dedicated and driven Director of Nursing whose leadership has helped elevate her facility to national recognition. Under her guidance, the team earned a spot on the U.S. News Best Nursing Homes list. It was awarded the prestigious AHCA/NCAL Bronze Commitment to Quality Award—milestones that speak directly to her high standards and commitment to excellence.
Samantha’s passion for long-term care is rooted in a deep respect for the senior community. She views advocacy not as an option, but a responsibility. From the beginning of her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she gained firsthand insight into the unique needs and challenges seniors face. That early experience continues to shape her leadership style today—one grounded in empathy, hands-on understanding, and an unwavering pursuit of quality care.
As she progressed through her nursing education and professional roles, Samantha remained focused on one core goal: ensuring that every senior in her care receives the dignity, respect, and compassion they deserve. In addition to providing high-quality care, she is equally committed to developing strong, capable nursing teams. Assisted Living Manager
Ashley stepped into her role as Assisted Living Manager at Maple Manor Village Independent & Assisted Living with a clear vision and a passion for cultivating a warm, welcoming environment for both tenants and their families. With over 18 years of experience in healthcare, Ashley’s leadership is rooted in firsthand experience, empathy, and an unwavering dedication to improving the quality of life for seniors.
Her journey began right out of high school when she earned her CNA certification and began working in direct care. Over the years, she expanded her expertise, completing her CMA and Activity Coordinator training at Hawkeye Community College. These experiences laid the foundation for a well-rounded career in senior care and sparked her interest in leadership.
Since taking on the role at Maple Manor Village Independent & Assisted Living, Ashley has driven significant, measurable impact through proactive community outreach, relationship-building, and an emphasis on creating a homelike atmosphere. Families often remark on the noticeable shift in the building’s energy, citing Ashley’s influence in creating a more welcoming and connected environment.
Ashley is motivated by the opportunity to create a space where tenants feel truly at home. She leads with compassion, prioritizes meaningful connections, and is committed to making sure every resident feels seen, heard, and valued.
